Dashiell Caldwell is the Minister Counsellor (Economy) at the British Embassy in Beijing. He previously held a number of posts in HM Treasury, the UK’s economic and finance ministry, covering domestic economic policy and international economic and financial relations. He has also previously served in the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office covering European foreign and security policy.
