Brief Introduction of ChinaSourcing Summit

ChinaSourcing Summit, an event co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People¡¯s Republic of China and undertaken by China Council for International Investment Promotion, is targeted to evolve into a major outsourcing trading platform in Asian regions.
The host city of the Summit is chosen from the 21 outsourcing model cities of China based on the applications from the cities¡¯ commerce departments. Having been held once in Chengdu and once in Hangzhou, the Summit plays an active role in pooling outsourcing resources in both China and foreign countries, strengthening the communication and cooperation between outsourcing service providers and buyers from home and abroad, promoting the national brand of ¡°ChinaSourcing¡±, etc., and has become more and more influential in the outsourcing sector.
The Summit, now in its third year, will be held from April 18 to April 20, 2011 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. In an effort to make it a more international and more professional event, CCIIP will employ the mode of ¡°cooperation by section¡± to collaborate with companies or organizations like Gartner, Ernst & Young, TPI, Xinshiji, Genpact, Capgemini, China IT Services Innovation Alliance, China National Human Resources Institute for Service Outsourcing, etc., aiming to maximize the integration of resources from all parties. In addition to the summit forum, there will be different symposiums respectively on shared centers, CIO, CRO, financial service, manufacturing service outsourcing, technological innovation, human resource and other topics. Furthermore, to cater for the practical needs of buyers and service providers, the Summit will also offer such activities as policies illustration meeting, seminar on outsourcing businesses looking for equity financing and listing, lectures by analysts and one-to-one consultations.
