Short Bio* :   Nicholas is a Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), a professional designation of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).  He currently performs sourcing and contract management duties at Spansion, Inc., a Flash memory manufacturer headquarted in Silicon Valley, with a focus in IT, and has previously held similar positions in the healthcare industry (Kaiser Permanente and Blue Shield of California) and financial services industry (Bank of America).  In his roles, he has supported both BPO and ITO sourcing engagements in Asia.  Nicholas has also supported socially responsible business practices in his roles, and is a proud participant of the U.S.-China Green Energy conferences and forums sponsored by the U.S.-China Green Energy Council (USCGEC).  Nicholas holds a B.A. degree with Honors from the University of Washington with graduate training in Intellectual Property Law and Negotiations.
